[For Commissions]

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

- Please write in a clear, descriptive manner.- Provide clean and visibly understandable references.- Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated, your commission will be canceled and no refunds will be provided.- Follow the rules provided in the commission info sheets and these terms stated. Failing to to do so may result to declining your commission as well as considering to deny future commissions.

II. PAYMENT

- All commissions must be paid in full upfront or at least up to 50%.- The currency accepted is direct payment through PayPal, through Ko - fi (it uses PayPal)

III. PROCESS

- Work In Progress (WIP) will be provided if the commissioner personally requests for it.- Additionally, progress is provided whenever there’s a need to clarify some specifics (details/info/etc.).- The time for your commission to be completed may vary depending on many factors
such as: health, order of commission, complexity, and/or personal matters.**If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy. However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.**Small changes may include: minor coloring/marking mistakes. Any major changes will amount to extra costs.**Major changes may include: an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction; background change or anything that forces me to redraw it completely.Make sure to be clear in order to avoid misunderstandings. If the reference(s) you provided prior to the commission progress was/were unclear from the start, then you are not allowed to ask for minor changes without a fee.COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore, I have the right to use the copyrighted artwork to:- Promote myself within any place or site.- To display it anywhere of my choice of preference.- Post the artwork wherever I see fit.**OCs (Own/Original Characters) will be exempted of this if asked prior to payment process.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS:**Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.- Print the art for non-commercial use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.- Post the art on social medias as long as proper credit is given.- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.**If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way.)- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.- Removing any watermarks/signatures.- Altering the artwork without my, the artist, written and signed permission.- Commercialize as NFT.- Train an AI.NOTE: I DO NOT DO NFT BUSINESS NOR WILL I EVER SUPPORT NFT BUSINESS. PLEASE RESPECT MY WISHES OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED, BLOCKED AND BLACK LISTED.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and/or refund the money for your commission at any time.- You cannot cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the artwork has reached completion or has been worked on a fairly good amount. The only exception to this rule would be that there has been no update provided + exceeded the reasonable amount of time stated due to complexity of the order upon agreement after commissioning.- If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.**If you file a chargeback against me, the artist, your right to all the content I created for you will be retracted. Once done, I hold the right to do whatever I deem necessary with the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be blacklisted and will no longer be able to contact and commission me, SaltyFruitato, ever again.- Depending on the level of severity, the situation will be made public in order to warn others and avoid a cycle of circumstances with other artists alike.- Additionally, I hold every right to file a complaint and all rights to the money you have willingly given me.Any statement may deem to change if properly discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission payment.———————————————————————————————————————Thank you for taking your time to read ♥︎
